@Roy Sunshine you didnt play tekken 5 did you?anyways,if you know the reference and still think its racist, then, ill explain, she says that not because he is black, because he literally is kinda stupid sometimes, and,on the context of the cutscene,it makes even more sense.
3:13 little did Julia know this would be her last mosh pit ever. She tried desperately to get out of the circle, but they kept pushing her back in. She just wanted the combo to end, but as she was knocked into the crowds outstretched hands, they just pushed her back into Craig’s merciless arms. Perfect.
@@omegamanGXE basically some random company had been copyright claiming any video that has theme songs from Tekken in it. I don’t think it’s happening now but back then it was horrendous.
Both Steve and Marduk have 2 voice actors in Tekken 4, in the arcade and the Japanese home version, Steve has an American accent while Marduk's voice is high pitched, while in every other version Steve and Marduk got different voice actors to do the intros, win poses and cutscenes, giving Steve his first British accent and Marduk his first deep voice.
If he goes down in one headbutt and he's the current champion, I shudder to think about how underwhelming the rest of the fighters must be. Gotta be a roster full of glass Joe's if you ask me
To be fair, I've seen fights like that afew times most recently in ufc where the guy who fought nate diaz, at ufc 244, koed a then undefeated fighter with one knee strike. Also in heavyweight fights you'll see more power that mobility especially in boxing, plus 4 years undefeated you expect and a 2 year prison sentence, did you expect anything less
@@arrowsmate1127 That knee strike, wasn't it at the beginning of the round and afterwards, didn't want a rematch because he went down from one hit so quick?
OMG! Agreed! They feel way more immersive given how the tournament is setup. I always found it strange that after T6 a lot of the stages felt too designed for a fight in such random locations. Like, you're telling me that the Mishima Zaibatsu just so happens to have had all these locations around the world primed for people to fight in, without any coordination? Especially since some of the fights, lore wise, happen spontaneously. The T4 stages made a lot more sense. A parking garage, a section of a forest, an underground mosh pit, an area in a laboratory, in the streets of a city, on the rooftop of a building, the room full of statues, in the middle of a mall, etc. These stages felt so inspired and natural compared to all the arena style locations they make now. Plus all the asymmetric designs of these stages makes them feel way more natural too. I understand that it's to be "fair" in a competitive sense, but if they just put in some time to make these asymmetric stages fair, they could make some really interesting stages like DOA or better. If DOA can do it, then I KNOW it can work for Tekken as well.
Wait he had BACK MOUNT in Tekken 4? I remember the three punch system in mount as well but didn't know you could counter their pushoff as well. Oh man that's SICK.
2:19 Seriously? Like Really? Why would Marduk beat up a young female high school student wearing a pink dress in a jungle? That is extreme child abuse!
@@godfist314 Hmm... no escape from King's leg counter. and Bryan parry also. Moreover, we mustn't Reversal, Parry them with many movements. Yoshi's sword moves, Paul's Neutron Bomb......
Y'know, all this time, I thought T4's Marduk's dub was better because of his battle sounds. Dude sounds more vicious beast than human. Then I watch this, hear his intros/outros and... man, I do not remember them being this bad. lmfao I see why the VA was changed now.
Actually I think that's right. 10 years for second degree is the minimum if you don't use a firearm or have a prior record... but if he was a pro fighter at this point his body should be considered a dangerous weapon so that should add an assault charge equaling more years, I think. I'm not sure though.
DEAR JEFF SLATER, if u see someone winning the king of iron fist tournament WHERE ONLY THE STRONGEST FIGHTERS IN THE WORLD CAN PARTICIPATE, you dont freakin challenge them into a fight.... Good stuff Maina!
