This run was found through the brute-force random algorithm just after 60 random iterations, which shows how the original sinto's run was very close to .84 and how the "max" can be even lower, if you can call it that. I tried searching for a lower decimal for a longer time, but to no avail. No manual changes were done in order to improve this run.

I did it this way, not as clean because this is using TAS, but I got a 9.22 with it. Definitely can be optimized and mastered.

how does this random bruteforce works? you start with the last inputs, randomly change them, then go on to the earlier inputs?

Actually no, it just applies random changes to the entirety of the inputs with a small probability of change for each one and then just replays and sees if the finish time is lower than the target time.
