Yeah it's great that he had the foresight to research that. I think it's unfortunate that the majority of the comments are people drawing attention to it... Either to thank him or out of confusion because up until this point using a gender neutral pronoun was usually reserved for situations in which it was ambiguous. They/their specifically almost always used out of plurality. I just wish people would let it happen naturally like he attempted to do, but now the entire comment section will be littered with praise and confusion. Not very tactful by the community.
@noelle5128
@noelle5128 4 года назад
pvpNo I think your negative attitude about this stands out more than the positive commentary from others. It’s gonna be okay, I promise. Not a big deal.
@pvpNo
@pvpNo 4 года назад
@@noelle5128 Oh for sure. Not a big deal at all. By the way my attitude is not negative at all, this was simply one observation I made upon entering the comments. Just because my comment was long (detailed, expressive) doesn't make me mad. It's also impolite to suggest that someone is taking something too seriously, certainly when it comes to an issue as important as gender identity.
@claudemadelienemarie
@claudemadelienemarie 4 года назад
@@pvpNo You are being extremely rude and I do not understand why in all honesty, because you seem to support Sam referring to Tash in a respectful manner. I think pointing it out for people who might not have done their research is actually really important. Sadly we do not yet live in a world when someone referring to Tash with their chosen pronouns is an obvious thing, so I can understand people being happy about it and showing their gratitude in such way. Meanwhile it is your actions in the comment section, contrary to what you are pointing out, that belittle the "normalcy" of this video with your constant nagging how those comments make it "unbelievable".
@noelle5128
@noelle5128 4 года назад
pvpNo pvpNo Your commentary is hypocritical (taking away from the video while getting upset with people for talking about something other than the video) and confrontational at times, which is why I defended that person earlier. And jeez, clearly gender issues are a big deal. I was saying nothing should have warranted your rude spamming comments. You may not feel you have an attitude, but you’re coming across as someone a little harsh for such a lighthearted video and frankly I couldn’t tell if you were bashing those with preferred pronouns. That’s why I said chill. Have a good day.

Would love for you to check out Grace Vanderwaal. She is a 15 year old who won AGT. She has a very interesting voice as well.

I would love to see you reacting to I'm Not Made By Design, by Nothing But Thieves. I think that Conor Mason's voice is gorgeous, but i've found that song messy, couldn't tell what was happening to his voice while I was listening to it. and also thank you Sam for your sharings, you've really helped me a lot!

Hi Sam Johnson. I recently got onto your channel and watched a lot of your videos since. Your "reactions" or moreover your the thoughts you share are realy interesting and on point. I have a request; Can you check out either "Al Jarreau - Spain live" or "Al Jarreau - Mas Que Nada" live? Mr. Al Jarreau is/was always an ordinary singer that still amazes me today. If you don't make a reaction video - feel free to listen to it for your own enjoyment :) Peace & Love (Also "Elina Ivaschenko - 1944" would be a more recent song - performed by a young woman on The Voice)

Kudos for their preference to identity, although it kinda con fused me at first. THEY ROCK🤗

Tash sounds like the nasal side of Nelly Furtado’s voice on Whoa, Nelly. Maybe a reaction to a live performance of hers ?
