I remember the first season I wasn't too sure about Paul Williams, but the more I watch the more I've become a huge fan of him on the show. His humour is perfect and has made me laugh so much
Just got to that part. Jeremy has been way WAY better as host this series but yeah that’s absolutely baffling scoring. At least the cast are pushing back on it a bit!
@@mrzumbababa I have just started watching the entire vid and the scoring in the very first price task is already ridiculous. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but Jeremy is a horrific Taskmaster.
@@mrzumbababaI guess in that task Jeremy judged on who's made him laugh the hardest (not as easy as it seems) and during the live recording Bubbah's antics floored him.
@@paulasophie9862yikes! you should’ve left that comment in your thoughts! his judging choices have been… interesting… especially during this season. some of the funniest, most well done tasks have been given incredibly low scores. so DNR’s comment is fully valid. but keep being a rude weirdo paula! we love to see it
Imagine how pleased Josh was as he watched all the other contestants mess up the pirate task. "Thank god I wasn't in this series- I'd have fallen for that."
What a great season! Abby was a definite fan fave for me (exactly my favourite kind of weird), Hailey was incredibly smart (the "Catan" twist reveal at the end made my jaw drop), Tofinga was hilarious how he always wanted to make other people run around instead of him, Tom was sweet and kind of cuddly, and Ben seemed like a jock but actually is incredibly intellectual beneath the surface! Awesome season everyone!
Whoever is in charge of Taskmaster NZ, please please please replace Jeremy as the Taskmaster! He is not funny and his scoring is ridiculous! I find that he makes Taskmaster NZ almost unwatchable.
@@heppolo I don't mind that he's different to Greg and didn't mean to imply that he should be. He's just boring. I can't remember laughing at anything he's said in any of the series, and I'm fairly easy to entertain :) I think Paul Williams is great and the contestants have been funny. Jeremy just doesn't fit the format.
I kind of agree. But you do have to take into account he's not actually a comedian. He's a news presenter/radio host. Jeremy Corbett would have been a better option as an ironically wealthy comedian and host, with a similar sense of humour to the Australian taskmaster. He already has a good relationship with most of NZ comedy as the host of 7 days (Our answer to Mock the Week. Highly recommended) He would have done a better job. In saying all that, I don't think Jeremy Wells is terrible.
