In this series of videos we take a closer look at some of my personal collection of EDC folding knives.
At the end of every episode, we rank the knife and give it an overall score out of 30 and graph the knife against the next so we can keep track of how the knives stack up against each other.
In this episode we look at an Australian owned and operated company Tassie Tiger Knives and their take on the flip knife. This knife is jam packed with features, making it one of the best value for money packages out there.

Great vid.. very informative and well thought out.. I'm think I'm starting on a bit of a roll with Tassie Tiger.. I received the pig sticker last week..a great, well put together solid knife.. looking forward to adding a few more now. Thanks for sharing mate 👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘

Thanks Pete, I’ve done another on their USA made fixed blade, I was just as impressed with that one too. They’ve got another one in the works I’m keen to get a hold of when it comes out, as soon as it lands I’ll be all over it too. Take care mate 🍻👍🏼

Nice review. I just bought a Tassie Tiger folding gut hook/skinning knife for preparing rabbits. Only $71 on EBay.

Just found your channel and subbed instantly. Just bought one for myself, I normally EDC a benchmade bugout and an abkt grunt looking forward to seeing more of your content. Word of warning although it's probably not needed, D2 rusts easier than steels such as AUS-8 variants and 8CR13MOV both of which are common knife steels for knives sold in Australia but will not hold an edge as long as D2 so remember that if you plan on using any of these their knives on job sites

Thank you for the review. I need your help though 😊.. I bought one of these knives. I received it 10 minutes ago. Opened the knife, but I can't close it 😅.. I'm trying pressing that lock as I see people do, but the blade is stuck there, doesn't want to move! Is this because I need lubricating or there should be a trick 🤔

Hey mate, that’s quite the pickle. Is there anything on the backside jamming it? Otherwise just make sure the linerlock is going away from the centre of the blade. If all else fails, contact TTK directly, they’re customer service is next level.

Has anybody got any experience with the USA made TTK folder. Looks very similar but with 8Cr13MoV steel. I guess I am asking if anyone knows if it is worth the extra 70 dollars to get the 8Cr13MoV USA made version over the Chinese D2 one? Thanks!
