@@MeredithHagan The soy milk statement is overly broad. It has the potential to throw your hormones out of whack, just like most other things we eat. However, it can also have benefits to your hormonal balance, depending on so many factors including age. Also, drinking a glass of soy milk every day (or having soy in your caffeinated beverage) most likely wouldn't affect it terribly. Asking a doctor is always the best bet, if one is concerned with hormonal issues.

Do not listen to these people here they are wrong. Almond milk is fine for the environment and soy milk does nothing to your hormones. The only milk that is bad for your health, the environment and your morals is dairy. You should do your own research, I suggest searching "dairy is scary" on youtube

annakellyvee amazing in coffee, hot chocolate and tea, really beautiful in oatmeal & on cereal, and a lot of brands do a chocolate oat milk too :) hazelnut milk is also really lovely in coffee and hot chocolates but it’s a little harder to get & more expensive.

I’m with you, Mame! Oat milk all the way. I’ve never liked almond milk, and did soy for a while. But my thyroid started messing up after I had my daughter and I read that soy can interfere with the medication I’m on. So I switched to Oat milk and enjoy it much more anyway! I love the slight tanginess that it has.

I became lactose intelerant as an adult (thanks cancer) and missing milk is the worst. None of these taste like milk. I love milk so much. Discovering the lactofree brand has been life changing. It's real caws milk with the lactose added so it doesn't hurt my tum tum
