Canadian here. Chips in Canada rock, and so happy you tried such great chocolate bars. I also don't like smarties. In my experience, Spitz tend to be a snack you eat at a baseball game. They are very messy and a lot of work, but baseball games are long, so you have the time. Maple syrup is a sugar product, rather than a snack, so you use it in place of other sugars like honey, granulated sugar, corn syrup, etc. It's also used as a topping for pancakes and waffles. Sasha should totally do tire sur la neige!

Canadian here and no I don’t eat Spitz, most of us don’t. The maple candy that Sasha was referring to is Maple Taffee and we totally want you guys to try making it. Also you need to try Poutine and Beavertail, these are like the national dish/ snack of Canada

I am not sure about the ruffles being Canadian, I don't remember that growing up. Spitz were never something that I enjoyed. Hickory sticks is something I ate as a kid. I am almost fifty. I remember Old Dutch chips that came with 2 bags in a box.

Canadian here! I don’t eat spitz either definitely. I’m so glad you tried the chips and chocolate. Instead of maple syrup which is used like a topping for ice cream (vanilla ice cream is great) or pancakes. We also cook the syrup until it turns into a taffy or into maple cream (when fresh it’s like fudge).

Maple syrup is something we put on french toast, pancakes, waffles. Sometimes people use it as a sweetner or a sugar substitute. The only time we use it as a snack is in the winter when sugar shack workers pour it hot over the snow and twirl it around a popsicle stick and this treat is known as la tire, which is basically like maple taffy

Sunflower seeds are popular in the states as well. Anytime I’ve gone to a ball game, they’re always there. My sister used to cheek them and eat them one by one and spit them out. Drove me nuts 🤣

I'm a Canadian and lowkey no one buys the sunflower seeds at grocery stoers their just there for no reason but the people who do buy them are mostly old people😂

Holy crow. Me and my husband love Spitz which comes in black pepper and bbq flavor. It's the healthiest snack to munch on while watching tv. It takes a little while to get use to it but fun 😜 And maple syrup is best when put on waffles or pancakes. I'm surprised that there was no dill pickles chips in this list because it's very Canadian style chips. And nainamo bars is famous Canadian sweet cookie bars which should have been great to see in this video. And a whole bunch of stuff missing 😂 which is more popular than what you guys just tried here.

A lot of maple syrup products you get in India are not pure maple syrups. It’s mostly corn syrup with some maple syrup(the same case in the Us as well; most of the maple syrups are just products with mostly corn syrup). My toddler likes only pure maple syrup and will catch it in a second if it’s not the real deal.

ruffles is a brand in America too, the ALL DRESSED Ruffles chips are exclusively Canadian. You should've tried those as they are to die forrrrr
