Oysters, oysters, oysters, and even more oysters! What an amazing day of eating in Vietnam with my good friend @aNcariRoom !!
This day started off early for some popular breakfast food in Vietnam, Banh Cuon. A treat that you can catch all over Saigon, but I had my eyes on one place in particular all the way in district 11. Making the rice batter in house and really taking all the steps to make an unreal banh cuon. One of the best I had in Saigon.
I think met up with Akari to eat some noodles before we went out for our oyster feast. The noodles were like nothing I had had in Vietnam before, and while they were good, they definitely were not the highlight of the day.
Finally, it was time for our oyster feast. With 25 varieties of oyster flavors, this was one of the most fun experiences I have had making a video. Akari and I tasted delicious oysters, okay flavors, and some that were just downright strange. I hope you all enjoyed this day of eating in Saigon as I have a lot more to come!
