@The origin of baklava is from Aleppo and it was transferred to the Turkish culture thanks to Mehmet Gullu Who took the baklava from Aleppo to Gaziantep

Thank you for watching us! Hafiz Mustafa Is also great! They have a nice variety of different Turkish desserts including “tavuk goğsu” ( the one made with chicken breast) and their quality is high too! But when it comes to baklava specifically, I always choose Karaköy Gulluoğlu, in my opinion, is the best 😍

Today we visited and tasted one of the best Baklava in Istanbul at the Karaköy store. Your videos and tips made our first trip to Istanbul the best. It is really nice to know that they have vegan baklava. I'm not vegan, but highly allergic to dairy. We came to this place while in Istanbul to taste - or rather, my husband went in to get while I was outside because of the dairy looming in the air. The vegan baklava tastes amazing!! Definitely recommend and I will go back again. Thank you Berry for this insightful video ❤
