TASTIEST Phở I've Had Outside Vietnam 

I eat some phở bò (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This pho was the tastiest pho I've ever had outside of Vietnam!
The exact name and location of the restaurant is:
Bassac Pho, 12 Samdach Louis Em St. (282), Phnom Penh, Cambodia
This was a beef pho, but specifically a phớ thập cẩm as it had a mixture of different kinds of beef, including beef slices and beef balls. It was served with the usual sides of herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and sate sauce. I also added chili sauce and hoisin sauce.
I ate this bowl of pho and gave my signature Dank Rank Food Review.
It was a very hot day, so a nice cold can of coca cola was a welcome compliment to the meal.
I guess I'm not super surprised to find such great Viet food in Campuchia (Cambodia), as it is a neighboring country and some cross cultural influence is to be expected. But I was surprised at how clean, fresh, and delicious this bowl of pho was overall. I'll need to seek out bowls of pho in other countries so I can compare them to this pho experience.
