Looks fantastic! Speaking of candied oranges, my mom’s favorite chocolate is dark chocolate covered candied orange peels 11/10 would recommend

And it's pretty easy to do also, just cut the peels without the white stuff, cut it in thin slices and boil it 2 or 3 times. From there just them in chocolate, let them rest and there you go

Fermenting videos are an escersize in delayed gratification but it sure is satisfying to see the whole process form beginning to end.

This is class! Loving you work. I found a wild plum tree full of fruit going to the train station and fill two massive kilner jars because of these videos to make cheong. Never heard of it before these vids. Cheers

Those fruit syrups are used instead of sugar in Korean home meals. It can be made from a variety of fruits as Johnny did, but the ones used in home-cooked meals are usually made of omija, yuzu and green plum. And also we just pour cold or hot water and drink it as a tea.

Can probably use it with fresh fruit, ice, and soda water to make a nice, flavored, carbonated beverage.

What do you do if it starts to ferment? I tried this with blueberries and it started to ferment.

How long should they ferment in the fridge and how long do they stay good after they’re done fermenting

Usually glass with a top that fits 😊 any size you need. To sanitize it I will pour boiling water in it and then dump it out and dry it
