Tasting menu @ Rosita HK, the hottest new fine dining restaurant from MONO and ANDO 

There're always new restaurants, but few like this one, Rosita HK, the creation of the two chefs from MONO and ANDO, my all time favorite in HK. I knew it would be worth visiting from the start and this time I got to try it in HK, I love every second there, share with you, and hope you enjoy it too.
