What up friends! Brew day, fermentation, kegging, and conditioning are all complete, so now it’s time to see how my Gobble tile you Wobble Brown Ale has turned out!
It has a nice rich amber-red malty color and is crystal clear. It has a sweet toasted malt aroma with a slight whiff of chocolate. On the flavor, not as sweet as the aroma, more of a rich malty flavor with a toasted, nutty bitter flavor.
This should pair well with our smoked turkey and trimmings for Thanksgiving dinner. Which beer are you pairing with your Thanksgiving meal?
