In this On The Road Special Edition, Stevie Kim takes a deep dive into the wine of region of Collio in northeast Italy with Lavinia Zamaro and Luca Raccaro of the Collio Consorzio which represents and promotes wines from the region.
Stevie tastes the typical white wines of the region, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Friulano and the Collio blend, learning about the specific characteristics of each of these typical wines from the region.
