8.Sabut lal mirch- as per the taste.(3-4-5)
9.Imli ,tinke nikaalkar-Chchote neebu ke baraabar
10 Namak- as per taste
Vidhi-
Currypatton ko dundi se nikaalkar achchi tarah dho lein. Phir ek Kadhai me dry roast karein.. tez aanch na ho, jub tuk bilkul dry na ho jaayein, lagaataar chalaate rahein..touch karne se patte crush hone lagging, tub plate me nikaalkar rukh dein.
Rai, Chana dal, Urad dal ,methi Daanaa, zeera subko alag- alag low flame par lagaataar chalaate hue dry roast karein... brown hone par nikaalkar dein. Laalmirch ko bhi dark color hone tuk dry roast karein, lmli ko bhi 2-3 minute low flame par dry roast karein... Hing ko bhi 1-2 minute. Jub sub masaale thunde ho jaayein.. Patton samet, subko Mixie me pees lein aur airtight bottle me store kar lein.
Khichdi, Dahi-chaawal Cheele Idli, Dose etc ke saath khaa sakte hain
