Tasty and spicy Bhindi rice recipe || Bhindi rice || Ladies finger fried rice 

Delicious Bhindi rice. the addition of spicy groundnuts powder at the end a depth of flavour. Its toasty and spicy and the fried ladies finger gives a nice flavour to it.
Really simple recipe and is one of the easiest for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients:
200gms Bhindi(ladies finger)
3 tbsp roasted peanuts
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp cumin
3 tbsp groundnuts
1 tbsp channa dal
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 green chilli
20 curry leaves
1 onion
1 tomato
a pinch of turmeric
4 cups rice.
