Hello viewers,today I'll be making delicious mini chicken croquettes.

Ingredients you'll need:
250g chicken fillet/breast(boiled and shredded)
256g potatoes(after remove the skin)
35g melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp carrot(chop finely)
1 small big onion(chop finely)
3 tbsp flour
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
2 beaten eggs
enough flour
enough breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1.Boil the chicken and potatoes untill cooked,then shredded the chicken and mash the potatoes.
2.Melt the butter,saute the onions untill fragrant,add sliced carrot and saute briefly, then add flour,sliced chicken,chicken stock,milk,pepper powder and salt for taste.
3.Mix all the ingredients untill well combined.
*shape according to preference.
*use medium heat while frying.
