Real goodies from minced meat. A quick and simple dish that will perfectly complement any side dish. Stacks of minced meat with mushrooms under a cheese coat. A hearty and tasty meal for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
Minced meat - 650 gr
Mushrooms - 400 gr
Onions - 2 pieces
Cheese - 100 gr
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 piece
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
Detailed preparation:
1. Cut the onion into small cubes, chop the mushrooms. Salt and pepper the mushrooms and onions, add sour cream and fry in sunflower oil.
2. Mix the minced meat with the grated onion. Add salt, pepper and egg and mix well.
3. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Form balls of minced meat and place on a baking sheet.
4. Make indentations in the balls of minced meat, put the mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 35 minutes.
A tasty and satisfying meat dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
