I N G R E D I E N T S:
2 banana, mashed
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
3 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup instant oats
2-3 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon powder
M E T H O D :
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Transfer to an air fryer as shown. Air fry for 30 mins at 160C. PRO TIP : keep mixing the granola every 4-5 mins with a spatula so it bakes evenly. Store it for 3-4 months in an air tight container.
