Home Run! Exactly the video I was looking for today. I'd love another TW tutorial that takes it even deeper, ...get in the nooks and crannies! Seriously good video that was on topic and well executed!
It would be great if the Trade tab had context sensitive scrolling. From what I see, if you turn the mouse scroll wheel, the exp dates scroll. How about when the mouse cursor is over the strikes area, the scroll wheel scrolls through the strikes. It's a PITA when you go out far and have to select "all" when comparing different exp dates. It would be nice to be able to view deep and wide strikes while having several dates open.
We were rolling with you all the way till the end. For some reason my chart settings is missing the earnings display option in the events section. Do you know why that may be? Great video anyway and thanks for the help lesson.
I not been able to create a butterfly. When I try, all of the options get assigned the same quantity, and if I change the middle quantity, the others also change. I will keep looking.
Is there a way to move the whole chart up down like other platforms not just zoom in and out? I know you could zoom up and down when you click on the price bar that's not what I'm looking for.
i would like to understand why on the tastyworks website it says i need ti buy a license for 1000$? isnt tastyworks a broker AND a platform to trade on?
2 thumbs down Tastyworks is the worst place for option traders they won't close your options if you're win. The platform is not beyond collaborations against you. I know from personal experience. All traders beware.
This guy (shortthestrike) is NOT the best demo guy, compared to the other TastyWorks people. (Why doesn't RU-vid display the # of "Thumbs Down" reviews?)
I wish they never removed the dislike button, but it has 416 likes and 11 dislikes. I'm a huge fan of the people at tastytrade and completely agree that they're a great resource
@@shortthestrike Don't apologize. You're spending a lot of time (which you don't have to), helping others get educated and learn something. So, it's only fair that you're compensated in return. If he's that bothered by it, he doesn't have to watch the video or, he can pay to watch ad free. I love your videos and they've helped tremendously. Keep it up, much appreciated.
