Customer are Happy when they Buy Tata 😊 But cry when service issues are major 😢 Tata must improve focus on Service & Reliability for long term.cars are Good also the Customer Base is improving so service should be improved instead of introducing more variants !
Brother tata only focuses on 4x2 vehicles not 4x4 vehicles because 4x2 vehicles have larger market share as compared to 4x4 vehicles .do not accept any 4x4 vehicles from tata.
If we get same concept model of tata currvv it will be superb, production model is completely different from concept one which may impact on intrest or the customers. If we get same concept one as production model that will sell like anything
Once at service centre I saw Nexon ev standing for service. I was talking with manager regarding my car(ICE) and he said there centre is well equipped for ev servicing. However, later that day one technical guy there told me none of the staff are trained in ev servicing. Now I really doubt if I can buy ev concerning service
Dear Tata motors, if possible, kindly launch a diesel version of Tiago with powerfull 1.5 cc engine to overcome low boot space problem in icng version of Tiago and for good mileage, so that, a small car like Tiago with good diesel engine impress more.
I have 2 tata cars in family, perfect handling and stability. However, I'm yet to find good service centre at my city. I have visited 4 different ones. Still I prefer getting them serviced outside because of poor professional behaviour evident lack of knowledge at authorised services.
I am happy to hear that Indian brand Tata motors is doing so well in automated industry. But just one question want to ask that why in Tata Motors sales person show so much arrogance to the customers .I have heard so many feedback about inappropriate behavior of tata sales employee towards but I experienced it myself in Delhi .When i asked Cherish motors Delhi for a test drive he said ,I will come only when you will give booking amount for the vehicle .He was just interested in sales of a car without asking the variant ,color my requirement anything. All he was interested in sales such a bad experience from tata motors.

Tata motors have always been pioneer in many designs from tata Sierra to nano, but Nano was a perfect car launched atleast 10yrs late. In India Car means luxury and tata launching the car with cheapest world car was a biggest mistake. Yet Nano is one product which can be reintroduced to compete with MG comet. Interiors should be completely redesigned, engine power should be around 800cc and also electric version with new ACTI.EV platform, new tata design language, target should be youth. Peppy engine with good mileage. Today in the age of SUVs manufacturers are deviating their basic attention from small cars. A good car positioned at right price and right technology would open up a new front, specifically in metro cities where the parking is luxury.. But please don't tag it as cheap car or poor men car....
what is use of new launches, where existing garbage cars with tons of quality issues and no respect from showroom. TATA rise very fast for past 3 years but they will soon dip less then the rising time taken. GET OUT OF MINDSET THAT INDIANS WILL ALWAYS BUY HOMEMADES. WE LOVE TATA But they don't rpeat the same towards us
My safari was is service center fir last 22 days .....service manager doesn't give a damn about the car or complaints........good punishment for buying indian brand.......

😮😮No use if no air-mastic suspension .. nano jumps and tilting even rolling to much when it runs need hydroneumatic suspension atleast otherwise local roads no one purchase this type of cars.. atleast TATA should look at these suspension design..
I firmly believe that Tata's service is appalling, the parts are of the lowest quality, and the expensive maintenance required to replace them every six months, having owned a Nexon 2021 XM petrol model.Service dealers are bad; they always steal from clients. I would advise Tata Motors to look for reputable service providers. My emails to the service manager, regional manager, and territory manager were ineffective, and they eventually brought me to the same service center, where the employees had sufficient vehicle expertise. Simply replacing parts is all they know how to do. For example, a two-year-old vehicle's radiator, battery, link rod, headlight bulb, etc., were changed. The car is adequately maintained, however Tata does not supply long-lasting parts. I apologize for saying this; I'm really sorry.
