TATA ALTROZ DIESEL- SHOWROOM ,KARAD DIST-SATARA गाडी लेने के बाद 1) FASTTAG टोल पे स्कैन नहीँ हो रहा था...1 महिना लागता क्लिअर करने में 2) नयी गाडी 3 महिने के अंदर आगेका टायर फटा..बोले आपकी गलती ...उसी दिन और एक ग्राहक टायर फटने के तक्रार के लिए गाडी लेके आया... 3) न गाडी के MID के फिचर्स बता पाए..सब हवा मे बाते... टाटा सबसे घटीया सर्विस

Bro I’ve Hyundai. If they change any part of my car, they properly record its uninstallation and then installing of new part in the car too. They create a whatsapp group after the car reaches the service center. The manager, consultant and executive and the car owner is added in the group for proper clarity. And the photos and videos are share in it

Mere saath bahut baar hua hain mere harrier ke saath same... 1. Ek baar car subha 10 baje dene ke baad bhi 5 baje tak kuch nahin hua tha, then mereko galat update de rahe thhe, main chupke se car ke pass chala gaya and dekha koi kuch nahin kar raha, 2. Mera Brake lever thod diya tha, Lakin argue karne ke baad unhone utne paise minus kar diye, 3. Battery check karne ke liye inhone 4 din tak car rakhi, dashcam checl liya tho ye log gaadi ghuma rahe thhe, 4. Ye log balancing and weights ke piase lete hain parr tyre main khabhi balancing nahin hoti, kyunki main poorane weights nikalne ke koi marks hi nahin hote 5. Meri second service main wiper nahin change kiya parr mujhe bola ki wiper change kiya hain.. bahut bekkar service center hain wo...

I've faced service issues in Hyderabad. Service centers like Venkata Ramana and Orange in Hyderabad provided terrible customer service. When my Tata car's fan burnt out, I towed it to the service center expecting a warranty replacement. But they shockingly rejected my claim, citing a bogus reason - that I hadn't changed the coolant on time! There's no connection between the two. Despite complaining to Tata's head office, nothing changed. In conclusion, while Tata cars are India's pride, their after-sales service needs a massive overhaul - at least 100 times better! When buying a car, safety and features matter, but after-sales service is crucial for building loyal customers. After this experience, I ditched plans to upgrade to a New Nexon and am now researching brands with better after-sales service. I won't recommend Tata cars to anyone.

बिल्कुल सही बोल रहे हो भाई जब हमारे फैमिली में फर्स्ट गाड़ी आ रही थी तो हम लोगों ने बहुत कोशिश किया कि Tata nexon ले लिया जाए लेकिन फिर हमने नेक्सों को रिजेक्ट करके Maruti Suzuki grand vitara का बेस मॉडल लेना सही समझा टाटा से किसी तरीके की झंझट एक मिडिल क्लास का लोग नहीं उठा सकते। मिडिल क्लास के लोगों का सपना होता है गाड़ी लेना और उस खुशी में इतना टेंशन जब आ जाए तो बहुत टूट जाते हैं वैसे लोग।

I also have Tata Nexon in blr I started giving service outside local mechanic since all employees in Tata are fraud. My AC is not working since 2yrs if I drive continuously for 3 -4 hrs with AC . So I went to local mechanic I got to know AC coolant is empty and after that it never had issue just 1 example

It’s just simple, people are dumb enough to believe only company service centre is good enough to take care of the cars. Just reach an third party expert service centre and that solves the issue. I agree tata service sucks and company should be responsible in making it right but it won’t happen😢 easily.

गजब भाई सही पेला और ये जरूरी भी था, मिडिल क्लास जो बिचारा जैसे तैसे करके एक गाड़ी लेता है सुबह जाता है शाम को आता है उस गाड़ी की किस्त भरने के लिए सारा दिन मेहनत करता है और ऐसे लोग उन्हे ठगते है उस बिचारे के पास समय तो होता नही जो इनसे लड़े उसका ये फायदा उठाते है और उसकी गर्दन पर चाकू चलाने का काम करते है , शायद कुछ एहसास हो इन्हें की कभी कभी बाप भी मिलते है जो चीजों को समझते भी है और ठीक से पेलते भी है । बहुत अच्छा किया

टाटा की आफ्टर सेल्स सर्विस सेंटर वालों की इन्ही करतूतों की वजह से ज्यादातर कार बायर्स टाटा की कार नही खरीदते। सर्विस मैनेजर का रवैया देखकर लगता है, ये सब इन्ही की मिली भगत है।

पिछले 20 साल से जयपुर महिंद्रा सर्विस वाले मुझे कभी भी बिना बताए कोई गाड़ी में पार्ट नहीं डाला , मोबाइल पर हर बात का अपडेट आता है। अभी कुछ दिनों से टाटा नेक्सोंन इवी का प्लान बना रहा था लेकिन यह सर्विस देखकर अब मन बदल गया है🥺🙏🏻

अरे नही भाई tata का nexon लेलो बहुत अच्छी गाड़ी है मेरे पास भी टाटा का hexa है कही कही tata का सर्विस खराब है हर जगह नहीं ,,और सामने खड़ा होकर किसी भी गाड़ी का काम करवाने से अच्छा सर्विस होता है ,,और गाड़ी छोड़ कर नही जाना चाहिए ,,वरना चाहे किसी भी कंपनी का सर्विस center हो अपने भरता के लोग चोर होते वो scam कर देंगे 👍

Ye scam Sagar motor bahut time se karta aa rha hai sector 63 wala ,bina puche bill mai cheeje add kar dete hai or kahte hai ab bill cancel nahi hoga agli baar Kam kar denge .

Bhai issiliye i love hyundai .....my i20, 2016 model ka clutch was damaged i was treated like its there fault ki car damage hui hai mujhe na sirf purana part mila pure process ki video bhi mili or bahut sahi discount bhi lamba hyundai wazirpur se meine sirf paani ke liye manga to cold drink mili bhai 😂 kasam se .....3 ghnte mei gaadi milgyi or best part ye ......ek baar meine galati se 9/10 rating dedi thi bhai mujhe free wash milgya just to say ki rating next time please 10/10 krdo meine kaha ki galti se hogya jldi mei still they said koi baat nhi sir free wash to karwana padega apko next time ......ye hoti hai SERVICE bhai tata ka best bhi hyundai, suzuki ke aas paas nhi hoga

This is the major problem which every service centre is doing to customers Tata should take action on that. This same thing happened with me also and they wanted to loot the customers.

I too faced similar scam by Sagar motors on my harrier. Service center changed complete fuel assembly and changed 2.5 lacs and even after 2 months they are not sharing bill for the same.

Thanks a lot for your bold step. These people at sec 63 have been doing this to almost all customers and I was also a victim. After 3 times and 25k cost I was fed up and vowed myself not to visit ever here again. Also gave them worst rating on TMSC app and even the TATA's didn't care to reach out to me. Also my car issue is unsolved. Total liars and cheats. Thanks again buddy for the bold step. SUBSCRIBED you shall be!!! Keep up the good work.

Sir mai wahi ka service advisor tha isiliye maine ye field chhod diya jaan bujh kar kisi ka nuksan pahuchate h ye log aur service advisor ka bhi paisa lut ke kha jate h 😢

The best thing is you didn't turn off the camera. The way you were talking and handling the situation was so good. This has not given any chance for the service centre to act other way. I like TATA vehicles but I would never like to own a TATA vehicle due to this kind of bad service experience.

Accha expose kiya bhai tumne. Abhi July mei Jaipur Tata Service centre mei Hamari Harrier ka bhi Service pickup karwa kar 2 din baad bolte hai ki engine cease ho gya hai. Jb pickup k time engine bilkul thik tha to service centre pahuchne k baad kese engine cease ho gya. Hamari gadi 1 mahina service centre rahi hai jis beech itni behasbagi aur dimag khrab hua h. Ye log bhi lamba choda bill banane ki firak m the but we avoided it. Humne Thane mei complain ki ki hamari gadi release nahi kar rahe. Police walo ne 2-3 chakkar maare tb gadi release Hui. Aur gadi aane k baad bi 100% ni h, normal speed m bhi vibrate karti h. Hats off to you tum ne saare matter ko camera m capture kar liya.

सही कहा आपने मेरे साथ भी ऐसा हुआ मेने मेरे hero meastro scooty को सर्विस सेंटर में रखा तो स्कूटी की पुरी वायरिंग केबल खराब हो गयी है बोल के वायरिंग डाली हे बोल के और दूसरा और काम किया बोल के 12000 का बिल पकड़ा दिया और में ट्रस्ट कर के आगया फिर दुबारा स्कूटी सर्विस के लिए लोकल सर्विस सेंटर पर गाड़ी को सर्विस करवाई तो पता चला की हीरो वालो ने जो बिल में स्कूटी की पुरी वायरिंग चेंज की बोल के बिल दे दिया वो तो काम ही नी किया था

Good work , TATA is already known for worst service. But this service centre should be sealed based on attempted forgery.And there may be lots of off camera forgery completed succesfully.

Its the Tata dealer who does this kind of Scam. But i always wonder why such incident happens most of time with Tata only. Seeing this incident, it can be said that It not Tata as a Company who is Fault. But this issue is always with TATA

Yes, SAB Service centre, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad meri TATA Punch ka AC cool nahi kar raha tha. Mujhse AC cleaning ke liye 1000 Rs. Charge Kiye uske baad bhi performance theek nahi hui. Baad me maine bahar dikhaya pata chala ki SAB motor Service centre ne AC Filter clean nahi kiya tha. Worst service, Paisa pura lekar bhi kaam nahi karte.
