@@RIYAD28 True, the replacement cost is a real issue. Only if one can save money that he/she spends on a ICE fuel, it would be profitable and can cover the battery cost after 8 years. But again this is not applicable to premium EV cars
@@Arun-sj5ce it will require to replace the battery by the time we recovered the extra cost paid initially. EV is never profitable but will give you comfortable ride.

Use the level you like. Higher setting for town gives you better regen, and thus less need to use the brakes. Use no regen for highways. In the Kona, I think you can pull the paddle and hold it for a few seconds for immediate regen…which works like braking…try it

Looks like Tata haven't fully unleashed the potential of Punch EV yet due to the big bro Nexon. :) Especially with regard to charging speed, acceleration and range if it is really a 400V architecture. I checked it out the other day and was impressed, barring the not at all subtle lady commentator and that ugly and exposed seat belt pretensioner on the driver side. Hope there is a provision to mute the lady which is really annoying when you change driving modes etc. Hoping to take one for a spin in the coming days.
