TOP 5 BUY Don't fall for that. Tata Sons are controlled by several trusts. But these are not for charity, that is just for wealth preservation. (Trusts are the best way to preserve family wealth without disputes and partitioning, in case of large number of family members) If they actually donated to charity, they would have exceeded the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation by many folds, by now.

Tata is company which is so big that ots presence is everywhere. Tata owns a south korean truck comapany daewoo Daewoo is one of the popular truck brand in pakistan and afganistan. Its not like tata wants to do buisness in pakistan but tata group owns so many comapnies that they themselves dont know may be that in which country they export. For eg jaguar and land rover cars are exported to pakistan and its the brand of tata.
