Bro 20 hours a day? That doesn’t make any sense. You need to get a good sleep every night (7-9) hours not mentioning a Good full of microelements diet. But Trust me you will get more out of it if you spend all your free time studying while getting sufficent amount of sleep. Not sure if you know but if it wasn’t for a Good sleep your body, brain and central nervous system wouldn’t regenerate properly and a big part of the time you spend on studying will be wasted as your memory and cognitive function will worsen. Work hard but don’t sacrifice health for it, especially if you need your mind to be at its best performance, which you will need if you want to remember all of you’ll be learning. Let’s say I could use meth and go 2 weeks without sleep just reading books, ok I spent 336 hours on reading but I won’t remember 80% of it. Sleep is everything bro, and good luck.

The hell with his same advice every time. Ambition is important of course, BUT He never mentions anything about how important is the relationship with God, the religious aspect of life.
