I feel like if anyone but Evan played Tate the character wouldn't have such a huge impact on the audience. My reasoning for saying this is, is that Evan for some reason makes a great psycho like while watching any season of AHS where Evan plays a murderer or a mentally unstable person he just sells the part so well that it puts the audience on edge waiting for what will happen next. This goes for any of his characters like in season 5 where he plays mr. March his facial expressions and voice go along with the part so well I don't know I guess I'm just saying that Evan is a really good actor, yeah why didn't I just say that in the first place.
I'm always asking myself why Tate is my most favourite character Evan played on AHS. He's so evil and twisted in many ways, but still you kinda love him. It's confusing me so much, ugh

people love Tate because he's a complex character. He was very affected by his past and family and it fucked him up yet we see that he's emotional and sensitive and can fall in love with a girl that makes him wany to change; theres so much depth to his character, not because he's a psychopath so pls ppl don't go shooting people and think you'll be loved like him, and the biggest reason people love him is because he's so fucking HOT 🤣

Seriously, only Evan Peters can make you forgive and even kinda understand the fucked up things Tate and others like him have done. lol He's really why i got hooked on AHS he's such an amazing actor.
