Here's an air fryer recipe! Try my Tater Tot Nachos with Air Fried Pork Belly and Sriracha Aioli! This makes such a delicious snack or appetizer. The crispy pork belly paired with the spicy creamy aioli is so satisfying. And who doesn't love tater tots?!
My Sriracha Aioli recipe is spicy so please adjust the amount of Sriracha to your preferred spice level.

Ingredients:
1/3 lb pork belly
1.75 lb bag of tater tots
2 chopped green onions
Sriracha Aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch of salt and pepper
juice from 1/4 of a lime
Pork Belly Marinade:
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp five spice powder
Instructions:
1. Slice pork belly into thin bite size pieces and mix with marinade ingredients. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare tater tots. You can bake or fry them but I air fried my tots at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Make sure you take them out at least once and shake them up to ensure they are cooked evenly.
3. Place pork belly slices in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400 degress F for 12-16 minutes. The timing will depend on how big and thick your slices are so please make sure to check on them at least twice, shaking and flipping them to ensure even cooking. If you want it more well done or crispy add more time.
4. Prepare Sriracha Aioli by mixing all ingredients together. Please adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred spice level.
5. Plate it! Place tots on a plate, spread the Sriracha aioli on top, add on the crispy pork belly and garnish with chopped green onions.
