I don't believe at all that Tati would have gotten so upset just because he didn't know her. It had to be more than that. Whether you're a fan of Tati or not you can't deny her work ethic and character she has always shown in her videos. I can't believe she'd bash a company or person for no reason.

It’s a joke that they are making her look like she has no idea how the business works. She’s been doing this for years and knows how it is. You know she didn’t get mad because “he didn’t recognize” her and her ego was hurt. She would only speak out if he was really offensive and disrespectful. And jerrod has a history of terrible behavior. Um, id believe Tati over any of these people.

If you've been watching Tati, you would know how hard working she is, but you should also be able to tell how spoiled she has been recently to the fact that her ego is literally the size of Jeffree's now. She got offended at the fact ABH doesn't send her PR packages. I wouldn't be surprised if she got offended at Jerrod not knowing who she is. Now, don't get me wrong, I love Tati, but the story is kind of making sense.

I do like Tati, but admittedly there have been times in the past where she does seem to be a little bitter about not being on certain companies PR lists or being invited to launch parties (such as the KKW launch party). It's not the same as crying about not being noticed, but it's along a similar vein.

I 100% agree it isn't anyone business why Tati doesn't want to support the brand. She is a grown woman who can buy makeup from whomever she wants. She doesn't owe us an explanation. It's not like she's trash talking the brand and telling all her viewers not to buy too faced products. She just stated that she has her own reasons for not wanting to support the brand and that's all that matters. I love Tati she seems like a legitimate and nice person.

Tati decided not to review Too Faced on her channel anymore. It's her channel, she is free to make that choice. She is dramatic about make-up, but not about people. This would never have gone this far if other people didn't feel the need to make it drama. I feel like she has tried to defend herself, without making matters worse and causing more drama. A difficult task. I have yet to see Tati say the reason she was hurt was because the named party didn't recognize her. So all that is just gossip and speculation. As far as her friendships are concerned, Tati can pick her own friends. Very rarely does any find a friend that doesn't have something we don't agree with. Tati loves make-up. Tati loves sharing reviews. If someone made her so uncomfortable that she dropped the whole line from her channel, I doubt it was just because they didn't remember her. (I bet they do now though) lol I suspect there was a comment made that someone with less class would have let slide. In the end, it's her channel and she really doesn't HAVE to justify her decision to anyone.

Came to your channel just see your research. I like that Tati spoke up, it's very very rare that she says ANYTHING directly negative to/about a person or brand as a whole. I 100% do not believe it was that "jerrod didn't know who Tati was" sorry, I just don't. Having watched her videos, vlogs & snaps for a while that just sounds like a bogus lie to make her seem egotistical and degrade her from the people she said something about. The thing is that because Tati is a big influencer, it DOES matter what she says. To say you had a bad experience but not say what that experience was is really unfair to the brand. People should be able to hear the whole story and decide for themselves if Tati is being a brat as always or if she really had a reason to be upset. Because she volunteered that she had such a bad experience and "cried" it puts her fans off of Too Faced but it's totally possible that it WAS simply because Jarrod was like "excuse me, who are you again?" She is TOTALLY the type of lady who would run to her car and cry over something like that.

She clearly stated in her video that her reasons not to support too faced anymore were personal, and not related to their makeup. i think that’s pretty fair and should have been the end of it. she didn’t trash talk them or encourage anyone to stop supporting them. she has a right as a person and as a consumer to pick the companies she wants to support. why would she subject herself to people criticizing her personal choices? it really doesn’t matter if you or anyone thinks she was cry baby in that situation. she still has a right to react however she wants, as long as she doesn’t lie or slander anyone, which she didn’t.

Urgh How has John had this much of an impact (as shitty as his impact has been!) on the beauty community? How? I seriously don't get it, he has no make up skill or knowledge whatsoever. He is literally a 20 something year old boy from England who barely leaves his apartment yet all the beauty gurus know him, some have spoken to him directly and he's throwing his weight around like his voice means something, blagging his way into events and making out he's that important and held in high regard he's personally invited yet he cant even buy himself a new shirt with the supposed shit ton of money he's made from repackaging. I don't know why the gurus are all so intimidated by him, if they collectively banded together they could squash him like a bug, at this point he's now just attacking people for no reason. I do kinda feel like Tati had her ego bruised and that's what happened with Jerrod but she mentioned that months ago and it was done and now John's gone after her while she's minding her own business, its beyond beauty drama now, he's toxic and I wish someone, anyone would just finish him.

I don't see Tati getting butt hurt over someone simply not knowing who she was. She's humble, and I would imagine she would just make a joke of it or not say anything at all. And no, I'm not a superfan. I really like Tati and have been watching her videos for a long time now, I don't think she's the type of person to be so entitled that she thinks everyone must know who she is but this guy had dinner with her before so I'm sure they've had a face to face conversation and if he doesn't remember her at all that just shows how flakey he is. When someone said that she brought up that she was personally invited by him she probably thought their relationship was friendly and he actually personally invited her and that it wasn't just some generic invite they sent to everyone. Honestly this situation just makes two faced look bad and makes Tati look a little naive.

Tbh, the altercation with jerrod could have been around the time tati saod about the nikkie situation. That could have started something. Or she could have raised questions after she got backlash fpr her nikkie revoew then those questions got passed onto jerrod who then blacklisted her theres a whole lot of different situations what could have happened l.. I'm actually surprised that she called out John. Tati keeps it professional as much as she can. It must have really got to her that people are misinterpreting what she said, especially when she tried to say as little as possible so as not to literally cause drama for everyone involved. Imo, she must have been super insulted by Jerrod to cut him off like that. Just breaking up with the whole brand just because he didnt know who she was? It seems far-fetched. There must have been a more substantial reason. I love Tati and I wish I could actively boycott Too Faced but I live in India so...I'm just *Here for the tea* 😎

John is as shady as his "cosmetics brand" LOL Did you see popluxe review?? John is sending out the free cosmetics that was supposed to be at his cancelled launch party, that should have been given to his poor fans. Also at the end of the video the reviewers eyes are so swollen and red he can hardly open them

That doesn't even make sense??? If a friend of mine is a bitch to other people but she's never been mean to me, why would I distance myself from her? But if someone does something that upsets me and offends me then I wouldn't want to even hear about them anymore. Tati isn't a sweet pure angel, but she's a pretty ok person and I don't understand why people hate on her just for her one collab with JS, she hasn't mentioned the friendship anymore so???

You can not dislike someone for what they do to others. You would never have any friends if you did that. So tell me if your best friend did respected someone you would stop being friends with her or him. You can not control anyone but your self. And remember no one is perfect we all at some point in life make bad choices and say the wrong thing. So do get how you think Tati is wrong for being friends with JS because of his past.

Tati was my original favorite RU-vidr. Been following her since the beginning. But I stopped once I noticed she was friends with JS. She's said how she listens to her fans and won't buy from shady companies.... umm.... meanwhile people were finding hair in their JS highlighters.

I believe Tati and I seriously cannot believe people actually think she'd cry because someone didn't know her (even though they'd met at a private dinner in her house and tbh even though Jerrod meets thousands of people every year, you remember the ones that were actually in your private space in your house). Tati is a grown-up and a businesswoman (who herself meets thousands of people every year). More than that happened and she has every right to keep the details private, even though I do think that leaving out what happened fueled the gossip fire that much more. But then again, Tati is not to blame for the actions of others.
