I use this for my heals all the time, but I do not buy some "special tattoo pads" since they are completely the same product as the covers for tables when you have to change a baby's diaper.
I know these pads are sterilised with uv light. Not sure if baby or puppy pads is though. You'll have to double check that. I'll stick to something that I can trust.
