Actually, what muhammad says in that hadeth is, you only need to follow muhammad, al Lah is totally irrelevant. This is absolutely shirk. But muhammad is not the only one. *surah 4:80* al Lah agrees with muhammad that al Lah is totally irrelevant. You do not need to follow al Lah, just follow muhammad. So, al Lah commits shirk too.
