I met with Kiwi Freedom. Nicest guy. Thank you for educating me with these videos. I had no idea to some of my rights. So informative and helpful. What trips me out is the negative reactions of the few. I mean seriously it makes me laugh. People get so up tight, and just need to relax.

The violence not okay sign made me laugh, four long hard years of abuse by my own father has been ignored, especially by the officer that 'specialises' in that field, even though i have a catalogue of video evidence, witnessses etc 🧐 love this channel, keep up the good work darl ❤

Oh man I LOVE your videos 💜 But, I have to say what I love and appreciate more is that you have had, in my words, "Your Mana trampled on" several times by mere scoundrels and it makes me proud of and heartbroken for You at the same time 🦸‍♂💔 From a Polynesian's perspective, there are not many of us that would be willing to put our Mana on the line at risk of having it abused so, in my eyes, that is what you are sacrificing at every audit so I applaud you Sir 👏👏👏 I was unlawfully arrested recently and I found your channel while doing some research into the laws around it so I know what it feels like to have our rights abused by public servants or anybody for that matter. So happy to have found your channel. Words cannot express how much I appreciate your Audits 🙌🙏🙌 I've only watched half of them so far and I find them quite hilarious 🤣😂🤣 Especially when folks start questioning you I'm in fits!! 🤣😂🤣 But, at the same time, I think the Police's apparent ignorance to and misinforming of the law is, in my opinion unbelievably shocking, unacceptable and rather infuriating 😒and I believe Auditors like yourself are the only way the public will get to see and, to an extent, experience this blasphemy, while also demonstrating the advantages and benefits of knowing our Status, and having a comprehensive understanding of our rights, as well as police procedures and protocols 🙌🙏💪 It is uplifting and quite refreshing too 😌 Thank you sir for the service you are providing it has given me much inspiration, hope and pride 🙌🙏👏 I will email you about my case if you don't mind. Taupo did really well considering your style. Desk clerk, lawyer and security manager were a fail. Security gaurd redeemed himself. Successful audit all round. It helps when your informed/educated on photography laws in nz lol

Head up to south Auckland pig pens and really challenge ur rights .. I have the most horrific personal story’s from my experience’s over and over

Looks like the cops are learning

Interesting videos. You should come to Auckland and film at some of the train stations. I'm a rail enthusiast so i film and take photos sometimes at Auckland's stations. Filming at Auckland's stations is allowed as long it's for personal use and is not for commercial or any other financial gain and also tripods and monopods aren't allowed useless you have written permission from Auckland Transport. Some of the security at the stations make up their own rules and will be hell bent on getting rid of you, i've had a guard threaten to smash my camera gear, i've had another guard tell me that there is to be no photography or filming whatsoever while i'm standing and pointing at the sign that states no photography or filming for commercial or financial gain without permission. Most of the station security don't do their job properly anyway, you can abuse the train crew and other members of the public, you can deface station property and cross the tracks illegally and they don't bat an eyelid, but as soon as you pull out a fancy DSLR camera then all hell breaks loose and if you start getting defensive they either call their supervisor (who some are just as bad as the security) or the cops.

Kiwi can I ask how you use your GoPro? I just got one for my videoing (transport ones, not auditing) and your view angle looks perfect. I've been thinking of having it on my forehead, under a cap. Is that where you have yours for the angle you get? Many thanks.

Guard> I am giving you notice that I have been told by my manager that you have to stop recording, you haven't been given permission to record us at the search station, while were performing our duties, you haven't been given permission to record the public while they enter. Reply> So YOU are informing me YOUR manager told YOU to stop filming & that YOU don't have permission! BUT why would I care? I don't have to stop filming, I gave myself permission, so I can continue to film as long as I like.

Funny. The guy operating the boom lift is breaking multiple laws under the H&S act right in front of them police on government property. But not even a second look. However all the police were great with you recording. Good job Taupo police.

8:48 I walked in through the gates once , I didn't get very far, lol the first cop car stopped me as I got about 2 meters inside the gates Manukau police station LoL, they said where you going mate? then 2 other cops waved me over and said we will drop you off, I got arrested for not wearing a helmet while riding a push bike and they weren't going to drop me back off , the arrested me in pukekohe 😂

Who cares what the managers policy is law is law you allowed to film that's why the security guard at the end was very professional

Again filming around the courts is definitely extremely dangerous for every party, there's people whom want their privacy OK, if you are a witness to a crime and you are filming would definitely make me extremely angry at you,

Good audit with an interesting mix of responses. That cop at the end and the security seemed pretty professional and friendly. Lawyer was a bit of a tosser. How are you supposed to know who's on a suppression order and who isn't for fuck sake.

This country is too small. Soon we may not even get the 'Police Attend' in the titles, because they all know who you are
