Ex Georgia state law enforcement, carried the Glock 17 gen 4, had a personal one as well, had a Glock 19, G2C, G3C, Tx22. currently a Navy MP, had the Barretta 9 forever then switched to the Sig M18(no I don’t like it) and we shot it and had to qualify on it brand new out the boxes. Just got the Taurus G3 Tac and probably my favorite gun I’ve shot so far and is now my primary EDC. Big for a carry but 6’3 255lbs of muscle it still hides well.

Because in general there quality doesn't quiet match or hold up to there competitors, from the metals they use to the finish, including their triggers, just not in the same category as the higher end guns. but that's okay, They know their lane who they are selling to, so they dont need to compete in that market with the likes of Sig, H&K ,Beretta, Glock etc etc. They make decent guns, including knock-off guns, for their intended purpose and price point..

Just found your channel I like the byplay between y’all. Long time friends for sure 😂 I’m no good with names so I apologize for this. The dude with the blue shirt shooting the Glock definitely won that first round. I think Glock might be his gun even though he said it was his first time with it. The Taurus G3 is nice for the money once you get used to that 2nd strike function. The first pull is long but the reset is pretty damn short. I found follow up shots were rather easy it’s just the first pull that screws with your timing. I did start to like that 2nd strike have training with it for awhile though.

I own and owned several Taurus pistols. I kept my spectrum 380 and g2c 9mm but as far as the g3 and g3c goes they were crap. The g3 and g3c picky picky on hollow points so not very pleased. You name it i did it polish feed ramps change magizines etc.
