Especially the impact of my mental health and I know more people wanted it than me. So i dropped out of the running. There is a potential role opportunity in the university group that owns us, which would mean more work balance if I get it. If not, the redundancy pay will last me the rest of the year. My bday tomorrow and my daughter wont come because i had my first argument with my bf last oct and sges not seen him since.
