Tavis Smiley shared his views on Kamala Harris’s chances in a potential debate against Donald Trump. Shawn Prez began by questioning whether America is ready to elect a Black woman as President, considering its historical context. Smiley advised Harris's camp to consult psychologists and cultural analysts to navigate these complexities effectively. Ultimately, he emphasized that thorough preparation is crucial for both camps ahead of their inevitable "awkward dance."

I don't think it's emotional tho. It's a logical frame of mind. The bar for Trump in a debate is very low and the expectation is even lower. So all he has to do is rattle Kamala and the media is set and ready to smash her to smithereens. I know she's an excellent debater. But trump is a different kettle of fish. He's allowed to be angry and disrespectful and to lie continously without answering questions.
