Tawa Kaleji Katakat:
Ingredients:
Mutton liver ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomatoes 250gm
Green chilies 6-7
Coriander as required
Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
Red pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1-1/2 tsp
Cumin crushed 1tsp
Oil ½ cup
Sliced ginger to garnish
Lemon and pepper beef handi:
Ingredients:
Boil beef 600gm
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Boil ground tomatoes ¾ cup
Salt , pepper, turmeric as required
Chopped onion 1
Clarified butter ½ cup
All spice 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Black pepper crushed 1tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Lemon sliced as required
Cream 2tbsp
Ginger , green chilies as required
Dried fenugreek 2pinch
Method
Boil beef with salt , now in a pan heat clarified butter fry onions , now add ginger garlic paste , boil ground tomatoes , salt and turmeric and roast well, now add boil beef with water and cook till water dries , now add all spices lemon juce simmer for 5 min , lastly add ginger and green chilies and serve .
