Kick the pads hard and fast, do some defensive/evasive footwork. Did you turn your foot every time? Just practice and see what happens, main thing is do whatever works i e. Speed, power, balance, movement. Join a MT gym.
@@buakawfan333 I was looking for an actual answer regarding proper technique. Something may feel right, but be wrong. Something right may feel wrong at first, but with enough practice it feels right. Unfortunately I don’t have time rn to join a MT gym, but I think I have enough combat sports experience (11 years karate, couple of years kickboxing) to practice these techniques on my own.
