I need some help Fouad, I watch a lot of your videos, I’m 160lbs already very muscular, probably around 15% body fat looking to get 180 shredded, how many grams of rice should I have with my 4 middle meals to start with? I can’t figure it out
@@Madchris8828 i asked my friends the same, just 1 hour ago, and it felt like i was in fouad's podcast. All my friends had their points and we all laughed out loud. It felt amazing 😂
@@Madchris8828 I'm the same. I fucking hate off-season. I feel horrible all day, I'm sleepy, moody, nauseated and bloated from eating so much. I much prefer to be dieting.
In all honesty, I’d love a podcast with Melissa, Courtney, and maybe Missy? Having the guys on every week is awesome, just speaking for myself but I wanna know what it’s like for women in the bodybuilding industry and a similarly high level
I hope you don't imagine Fouad to host it, would be so weird. Only girls in that case. Dudes wouldn't watch it but if would be a new show under the Fouad Abiad Media channel.
You also have to keep in mind the fatigue and joint "stress" that will come with the stairs, even if it didn't directly affect leg volume/size, it will with no doubt affect your Leg training, lowering your strengh, glicogen stores, etc...which might lead to muscle lost and more overall fatigue down the road. That's why choosing something with no impact (for joint health) and no eccentric loading (to minimize muscle damage) is so key in a prep, walking (step cont), tredmill incline, or even bike is fine but i wouldn't recomend going to high on intensity on the bike! Sorry for my rant, awesome podcast Fouad💪
500mg test (split up into 2 injections per week) I couldn’t keep my estrogen in range unless using 25mg aromasin daily, even with that my estrogen was barely in range. Estrogen was 140 (0-150 is normal). 500mg of test weekly split up into daily injections had my estrogen low normal with 0 AI. Brought it down to 55 (in range is 0-150) Game changer for the estrogen sensitive! Insulin needles for the win! John Jewett recommended all of this to me and it was life changing haha
I’ve been running 40units a day of test cyp 200 in an insulin syringe with a 30g 1 inch needle. It ends up being 560 per week. I think I finally found the sweet spot
Fouad. I’m excited for you doing this half marathon. I used to be close to 300lbs. Six months after tearing my pec in 2019c and not working out I was close to 300lbs. 2 years later summer 2021 I ran my first half marathon. I remember lying down in physical therapy and talking to my pt about a marathon and races. I told him I wish I could do something like that. And he looked me square in the eye and said “you could.” I said back “no way, look at me. I’m not a runner.” He said that if anyone had the discipline to train and lift weights like you, you could also train and have discipline to run. And he was right. Fouad I’d love to help you run this half marathon. I went from 280lbs to 210 for my first half marathon. Currently now at 190. Please let me help you! Would love the opportunity.
This podcast is seriously my favorite shit on the internet. Every episode is hilarious in it’s own way, and it feels like I’m just talking shit and laughing with my friends. Always good to laugh a bit, especially during dark and challenging moments. Thankyou Fouad for bringing all these episodes to us. You’re all legends!
Hi Iain, I am from Europe and I am in Vancouver the week of the show - I know I am just one guy, but I have extended my stay for the weekend in order to see you on stage. If the prep is working fine and you are safe, I really hope to see you live on stage. Please do the show ;)
Meeting the guys this past weekend was awesome. My favorite 3 memories 1. Fouad went directly to the food and asked what they were cooking 😅 2. Justin has a hard time signing a small dummbell with his right hand 3. Ben is an extremely down to earth guy that is extremely relatable and loves children Overall awesome time all the guys are great
Love this run discussion. I was challenged by my colleagues once, that am the only Kenyan who never runs. I said to them am the only Kenyan who only runs for his life. I accepted the challenge without even preparing for it. It was a 10 km run, which average finish should be below 1hr. I did the challenge, finished in 56 minutes, weighing 220lbs, and actually won the bet that was placed for me. Beat those who had challenged me. But the agony there after, is a story for another day.
For real though, everyone just goes with normal plate counting even on smith machine. You know it and I know it. Let that go Brett. I like you to bro, but just do your thing and let Nick do his. Your boy Martin though, can't get down with someone wishing death on someone else.
Well for me the Smith is harder. I'm only doing like 3-3 and a quarter on my working sets but I find the Smith is much more isolated and therefore harder especially on chest presses so sometimes I end up using less weight on the Smith than I would on a barbell.
Can’t thank you enough for all these podcasts man! Listen to them all the time and have relistened to those with Luke several times since he is my favourite, keep up the great work with the company, podcasts !🙌🏻
The higher you get the HR the more glycogen you’re burning. Once you go above around 2 millioles of lactate in the blood you’re shifting to carb burning out of fat. It’s a curve. Just curious, do any bodybuilders test lactate during cardio? Endurance athletes do it all the time. They try to find what’s called “max fat” during cardio. I’ve never thought about this for bodybuilders until this show. It’s everything for endurance athletes. Great show
I learned about your show through my boyfriend.. but I like it so much that I put your channel on & listen to the podcast while I'm at work and no we don't work together lol
I did a 100km last June for the me tal health charity Mind and during my big training sessions I listened to the Podcasts, great company. Also the main man Ben donated £50 always grateful for you guys!!
I watch this podcast while I’m working, and it’s amazing 😂😊 I wish there was a women’s podcast that was this good. I know there’s one but i just couldn’t get into it like you guys. It’s like I’m sitting in the shop with the guys having a beer and cutting up. 👌
My bf and I look forward to this every week. Especially with you nick Ian and guy. We fkin love this.we drink vodka and laugh our ass off..Boycie & Susan Northern Ireland..
I find that if I do too much on the elliptical (more than 45 minutes at a time), I’ll start shrinking in my legs and my leg training really suffers. Within 3 days of backing it down to 30 minutes, my legs inflate again and my leg training springs back to normal. Also too much on the elliptical beats my hips, knees, and ankles up. I just started throwing in the recumbent bike and I’m liking it
Fouad, I wish you well with the running brother. I’ve done all that training and now mostly just cycle. I love running but don’t have the time to do it all.
great stuff, same thing here, my wife will hear the podcast and come in room and watch with certain topics and laugh !! She says thought this was just bodybuilding stuff, I'm like oh no, always great laugh, have a great weekend! Brian from Boston
You guys were discussing panatta and at one point Fouad you mentioned Jujimufu. You guys need to do a collab with him and train at his gym since he practically has every panatta piece. Plus that would just be an awesome collab. I bet once you try his stuff (he has the higher tier panatta stuff) you’d probably change your mind
I may will never accomplish as most of you guys have ever in my life time BUT I hope I have something like this in the future. Just having fun with bros, taking about stuff and laughing enjoying the day.
Least impactful on recovery - bike/x-trainer (due to no eccentric load as Iain said) Next best - treadmill (but you can just walk outside) Worst - stairmaster HR is irrelevant when it comes to cardio for the purpose of fat loss. You need not worry about HR unless seeking cardiovascular/respiratory benefits. If you are solely doing it for calorie burn, choose the mode that gets it done the fastest with the least amount of systemic fatigue, which is the x-trainer.
That convo about the chick in the gym is the exact reason I do not give the girls the time of day. I feel like they have the look at me outfits on and I don't like to feed into that and give them what they want . I'll finish a set, look out the window or just the opposite direction even if I have to turn around to do it . Plus at the end of the day I'm there to train !
Thankyou for another amazing podcast. Can't wait to see these guy's on the Mr O stage. Quick question. Will I be able to order your products online and get them ship to Australia , Sydney?. Would love to try them during my workouts 😎👍🏽
FYI, I've always watched by myself because I appreciate the podcast and the sport! I'm literally the only one who does in my circle lol. Been here since almost the beginning
I'd love to come on Sunday, but I have a shift at the hospital until 730. I don't suppose I could pay to meet you guys in the evening when you're doing the workout?
Testosterone enanthate has a half life of 4.5 days, not 14. Keeping levels more stable will reduce aromatization and keep estrogen levels stable as well instead of having large spikes. Also if you can keep levels at say 1500 ng/dL constantly stable, wouldn’t it make sense that you can get more out of that then 1500 for a day or so then dropping to ~800 before the next injection?
Me and my girlfriend love the show, thank you guys. We always watch it together or I watch it a second time with her. We love all you guys, good luck in Vancouver Iain, stay strong Grow walker grow, get huge Nick. Good luck with the training for the marathon in October Fouad. And lastly guy you are a beauty, you should make some rice crispies for the guys when they’re visiting ha ha ha. Have a good time when you’re all together boys. Thank you once again for the show
The opening commercial with Fouad and Nick kills me before we’ve even gotten started. Fouad couldn’t keep a straight face with Nick if his life depended on it. You two should do commercials your missing a trick. 😂🤣😂
