Taxonomic Classification Service Results Part One. 

The BV-BRC Taxonomic Classification service returns an analysis of individual files as well as a combination of all submitted samples. This video shows the results returned that would include all submitted files. If one or more read files were submitted, the pipeline a MultiQC report, alpha diversity statistics, a Krona and Sankey plot, and a folder for each submitted read file (detailed in Taxonomic Classification Service Results Part Two). The results when multiple read files are submitted are detailed in the Taxonomic Classification Service - Multiple Read File Results video).
