So with paratroops boarded, and engines warmed, its time to taxy and take-off for what was hoped to be a spectacular jump by the paratroopers over Duxford airfield as a practice for the real jump over Normandy the next day. Sadly the wind was too strong for them to jump safely, but alas it was great to see so many Daks in one place flying together, which will likely never be seen again....
