What Tay meant by that was LA wasn't killed immediately from the gunshot (when compared to a head or heart shot). It doesn't take long to bleed out from a femoral artery shot... I wouldn't be surprised it the doctors botched the surgery and blamed it on "complications" I dont think he shouldn't have died from a leg wound but then again it was the shooting that put him in the hospital
