I always say Omar got killed by a child, never under estimate your environment no matter where you are. I work in a suburban/higher class area that is far removed from the environment I live in/grew up in. It be tripping me out seeing how trusting/naive a lot of coworkers are to reality and towards people in general, it might just be my anxiety tho. But no matter where I am at I am also on ten with my surroundings, it is a little stressful at times tho.
We can all feel bad for D Rose, but at the end of the day, it's his decision to still be in there cos he wants to still "follow the code." He really can get out if he REALLY wants to. He can be a stand up guy, but he'll be a stand up guy in a cell for the rest of his life or until he's old and it really won't be worth it. The guy who allegedly did it is already serving dumb years for a different murder so he might as well; tbh, I won't say his name, but he should just clear D Rose's name since he's already serving 30+ yrs already but he won't do that cos he wants to hold onto the 1% chance that'll he'll win an appeal one day if its granted... so until he clears D Rose's name or D Rose clears his own name, Rose will just have to settle with being a "real n*gga" in a prison cell for another 30yrs
