Awe man I’m going through this rn man I got court coming up august hoping it gets dismissed been a year and 2 months since the day they turned my life upside down lol family a mf but inshallah I’ll be good but may I ask what was the hearsay n how you come about beating it they gave me 5 pleas already within 8- 9 month into it n I took it to trial the last plea they gave me cause I know I did nothing wrong n they do that when they ain’t got shit but shit just a drag tbh
No bro..allegations can be but are not automatically hearsay. An allegation can come from the victim themselves and that wouldn't be hearsay. Hearsay is defined as third person information. So and so told you me did something is hearsay. Don't spread false information on here bro..I really beat my cases before and helped others with their cases too, no hearsay.
@@bantuluba6721allegations without evidence may not be enough to be thrown out in a court room when once again a jury knows nothing about the law and it’s about who can be painted the worst there’s almost 30 exceptions in the federal rules of evidence to what types of hearsay are eligible in a court room and states can also choose which ones to follow and if they want to add their own so just calling it hearsay doesn’t automatically mean it holds no weight especially in a jury trial

How is him giving details of what happened at a public trial a confession of anything? He never states whether he did it or not, he only talks about what was stated at his trial which is public record. I swear y'all niggas are dumb as fuck.

I’m from Chicago. Beat means you did it, but you won the case. “That’s how I beat it…” not “I was innocent so the justice system work”. They allegedly shot him first and killed his friend.
