As a Marine, son of a Marine and a father of a Marine, we've all agreed that we won't push for number 4 until things change in a major way. The current military does not inspire the warrior spirit. We know satan is working his schemes, but at the end of the day God is still in control and things are all going according to his divine plan. As you point out, I think being a warrior, sheepdog or protector doesn't require serving in the military. It is a mindset and a calling from God to protect those around you. I think it's just important that we stay prepared for God's calling, regardless of what direction He leads us in. Semper Fi!
