Ha ha ha that cat looks just our Ted !!! They are a great guitar for the money. Taylor knocks it our of the park because their quality control is amazing. Every one I have ever played seemed to all have a real low action and smooth fret work.
Sounds good? Where's the mid range? Sounds twangy to my ear. Decent lows and ok high end but no mid to tie them together. Had this one on my list for a travel acoustic but I think I'll probably go with either the Big Baby or the Martin 000 10E. Any thoughts on either of those? I haven't played the Martin but have played the BBT and it blows the 12 away. Nice playing BTW.
I'm about to buy one of these. I heard wonderful things about it, but I heard one of the drawbacks was the battery life is extremely short. Do you have any opinion on this?
Hey Brian, it is actually pretty normal. It is a powerful little tuner that works really well and a two mic system for the pickup so it probably makes sense it requires new batteries every few months. The main thing though is that you unplug it when not in use. If you leave it plugged in than the batteries would go out sooner. I hope this helps.
i bought one of these over a 314ce if that gives you an idea how kick ass they are! battery life is a tad shorter than an 9v but you can buy bulk batteries cheaper than 9v
I just ordered one last night. I have been called to jail ministry and we can not take in electronics. With Gods help I’m determined to learn to play well, to bring praise and worship in the jail. I can do all things in Christ which strengthens me.
@@NativeMind0311 Thank you Brother.... I post that to years ago and I am still playing guitar. I have bought 3 more sense then. I try to play 30 mins a day. I have played in the jail and prison before COVID. I have have the opportunity to play at several funerals. I had no idea what the lord had planned for me when I ordered my first guitar 2 years ago!
You really think the guitar being made in Mexico has anything to do with why it wasn't in tune? Smh wow..Typically the strings are loosened for shipping so that as the guitar is shipped through different humidity levels, the strings don't become too tight and put too much tension on the neck.
