Just my personal opinion, I think he should have received roles coming out the "wazoo". I think he's a good actor although, a couple of things I've seen since Twilight, weren't his, "BEST" work. If I can add, he's awesome eye candy! lmao
Why? He disappeared? I never know. Maybe, as well as Austin Butler, he would have portrayed an excellent ELVIS with Tom Hanks. Best of future success to you, from 2022 onward. Gregg Oreo long Beach Ca
it was to quick to famous and hopefully he had familly and friends behind him to care, because there were already good actors who could'nt bear the glory and made suicide sadly
@@mooingsage8138 These actors are (almost) all Liars. Especially when they give the same idiot story about how they were "bullied." Trying to show how they were so "different," "misunderstood" and "special!) B4 blossoming into a Swan. It's All Fantasy. Just like when they all give the same dumb story about how they were Sooo bad at their first 'civilian' Job. Which is supposed to mean they were "born" to be a Star! Lame!!
p.s., No Offense. He seems like a perfectly decent person. Just is in a corrupt, evil business. Amber Heard and the News are at the opposite end from him.
He seems to have been that way even as a kid. I remember seeing interviews during Twilight, and he had such a good attitude and work ethic. I remember thinking how proud his parents must be.
He is good. Except that he thinks he's too good, that's why Hollywood abandon him. Most of his solo movie are all failed while he asking 5 to 10 million per role, that's why they stop casting him. He just not worth it. Be humble, that's how you stay success.
To me just seeing him on TV made me happy, but now, just knowing that he's living a great life that he can be proud of just makes me more happy. Twilight will never die, that for sure is certain.
I'm glad he's doing well. I'm an old woman who just watched the Twilight series a couple weeks ago and I seriously want a werewolf. After seeing the wolves on screen, my chihuahua seems...dinky.
He's always seem so nice I've always liked him I wish him we'll Never here of him in trouble with the cops or him doing drugs. He's a nice looking man. !! 🤔
Focusing on what you can control, your emotions, is a key ingredient to success. Taylor's authentic words echo in my soul at this moment in my own life and these words fall on my ears with assurance to follow my heart.
Wow still can't believe the writers thought Belle would pick a vampire over Taylor's super hot Ware wolf! On the other hand Belle was written as a complete idiot, so there you go!!
Taylor Lautner is an awesome dude. He's talented in acting, karate. He did great in the twilight saga movies . He seems to be a good, cool guy. Keep up the good work Mr Lautner 😊❤️🙏✌️😎
I think after Twilight he still had kind of a baby face which meant he would only be cast in young male roles, which a lot of young actors struggle through that stage. Once they become a little older they can fit more roles, and I also think he could be really good in more unique roles in drama tv and comedy. I definitely think he will just become more and more marketable as he gets older.
I watched *Twilight* in my early teens and here I am in my late 20s and I re-watched every *Twilight* film on *Netflix* earlier this year (I'm not a parent what so ever not that it matters) and I thoroughly enjoyed as I did when I watched it in my teens, but as you get older you kinda see it in a whole new light (for some or many) and the cast got so much mixed emotions and quite a bit of backlash for *Twilight* but I always found the *Twilight* film series truly good and they didn't act as though a actor and actress act in movies, but they did it as if they were characters from the book that you'd read (if you red the Twilight books)
Loved him in Sharkboy & Lavagirl (yes I like the movie as a kid, and still like it as an adult), and was pleasantly surprised to see him in Twilight as Jacob years after. I am very happy that Taylor is doing well! All the best for his career and family.
He’s cool , sad his career seems stagnant for years unlike Robert and Kristin , Robert is quite clever the way he decided where he wants his film career go , hoping a start of great things ahead for him 😁
I really did not like Twlight saga, I think Taylor was the only good actor in all the movies. Kristen Stewart and Robert Patterson were the worse actors I have ever seen. The books were good, but the movies were not that good when you only have one good actor and rest are shitty then the movies is bad to look at.
yep. it's going to lead to disaster, as he's still denying he's as gay as a goose. oh well, sometimes they wreck lives and get to middle age before they accept it.
Lautner got lucky with the Twilight series of films, but he basically has no acting chops. Twilight films used his sex appeal, not his acting. He got a few films apart from Twilight, but thereafter he established that he does have the skills to turn his celebrity into the ability to carry a film on his own. He committed the worst sin in Hollywood. He lost a lot of money on a couple of films in a row. That may be because he just can't act, or the scripts may have been crap, or whatever. Lautner's image and those financial failures became locked together. He responded by hugely jacking up his minimum fees demands, well above what any standard in the industry would tolerate. In effect, the worse his career became, the more expensive he became. He ended up in a few trashy direct to DVD type films once he realized that he had poisoned his own well. If he has a path back into the industry, he's going to have to take acting lessons, then slave in the trenches until he gets some respect from the only people who count (the producers), and that may be a long time coming. Otherwise, his future may be opening a studio to teach karate to more capable actors and the general public still surfing his Twilight years.
Good answer. I agree with you about his acting skills. Very mediocre but his looks were enough to give him a boost...until the studios lost money on him. Agree 100% about taking acting lessons, if he's serious about improving his skills. I wish him well.
