After an hour of listening the announcers and ref expert tell us how that crackback block is horrible and might warrant ejection, the only fouls called are taunting. Yup, that's the NFL I know.
That’s because this wasn’t an illegal black. He didn’t go to the head or neck and he hit lewan on the side. Lewan was tryna make a play on the ball and this guy pancake blocked his ass. End of story
@@myname-hn7km it is illegal actually are you not listening ? crack back blocks are something they’ve been trying to take out use a bit of your brain before you comment dumb shit
@@myname-hn7km my guy you did not watch the video. Branch fucking slammed into the side of the head with the front of his helmet, he did not “tackle his side”. If Leman truly WAS tackled from the side, he would’nt have twisted and landed on his face with his arms in an awkward position, he would’ve been sent FLYING backward, not TWISTING to the ground. You need to get your eyes checked my guy because if you’re driving around without glasses right now I fear for all pedestrians lives in your area
Yet this same referree called roughing the passer on Tom Brady last week. This dude is getting paid by qbs, and or just doesn’t care about any other players. Lol
@@youtopiastorm8373 Not true dude not every hit is the same and not every person's brain is the same. Sometimes people can take massive hits and their brain just resets to where it was before the hit was taken after they wake up from being knocked out
@@youtopiastorm8373 you're a blind moron if you think that was a flop! People who've been ko'd stiff like he was have gotten up just like that once they come to and get their senses back. Not everyone does and even him; he could have the same thing happen again and not get up like that but to say that was a flop is pretty comical
He’s a real dude. That still should have been an ejection on number 50 Miami. Just cause lewan is tough doesn’t mean that hit won’t do permanent damage sometime down the line
@@michaeltribbet9213 he's a real douche. Meat head moron just like gronk. They think they are the shit until someone gets under their skin then they lose their cool and act like the braindead fucktards they are.
Most people would hate to play with a guy who threatened to rape a women for exposing his teammate.(hint, if you can't figure it out, Taylor Lewan actually did this despicable act)
@@scrapingtheedgeman gtfoh. Lewan is a top LT. You saw how badly they missed him last year when Daley was the next man up and we probably might see it again next year (although I'm really interested to see Dillard finally play LT). Idk wtf is wrong with some football fans mad at players that no longer play for the team, especially ones that had success with the team and gave their all to win games for us. The disrespect is wild like they're the ones that paid them millions out their own damn pockets 😂

@@monster4223 So you think in a high-speed game like this you can constantly be looking all around you? Lol. Until you're the one out there getting laid out you shouldn't talk so tough and call anyone a pussy while you sit in your recliner eating potato chips and playing Madden.
@@user-ym2kb1cp5e I wish I had some potatoe chips that'd be killer right now and yeah I've played football before not madden so yeah its possible thats how real football was taught back when football players were killers not high paid divas that cry for everything, people like you are the reason the sport is dying and becoming touch football...
That “crack back” rule is about as dumb of a rule as I’ve seen. If you are blocking face to face with someone, and not spearing Witt the helmet, that is not a cheap shot. That was no blind sided or anything. Hit the man chest to chest.
yep, and furthermore, the CRACK BACK rule was installed because of the blocking below the waist, usually taking a knee or knees out of action. the blocker was then told to block above the waist. in this case the block was a legal hit, above the waist and on a potential tackler in the vicinity of the ball. there may have been helmet to helmet contact, but it was incidental, not intention spearing.
@@marybar542 No, the cowboys line was a bunch of inexperienced rookies. Their vet linemen, had they been playing, would have ripped that LB a new sphincter. At least the refs saw it. They completely missed it in this game. Number 50 wasn't even mentioned. All they did was call taunting penalties.
@@trent_k “if the blocker’s near shoulder contacts the front of his opponent’s body, then the peel block is fair game” big boy should’ve kept his head on a swivel
Some of these people acting like Lewan is a QB or a punter. Not only is this dude a pro-bowl lineman with years under his belt, he was also one of the biggest troll on the field during the peak of his career.
@@subswithnovideos-oz4zo I would be a GREAT referee, but I feel I make better contributions to society as an astronaut/brain surgeon/nuclear scientist/lawyer/part-time Taco Bell drive thru order taker (my true passion).
Just out of curiosity. Is that Sam Rosen as one of the announcers? I know he does NFL games as well as the New York Rangers. But sometimes I feel like some other person sounds close to Rosens voice.
@@Tumbo8 Ostrine isn't a juice dumbass. Lewan also tested that he told the truth in his lie detector test about knowingly taking illegal substances. He said he wasn't aware that he took any and he was telling the truth. There are multiple supplements that contain it that people are not aware of. Lewan would destroy Branch no matter what.
Maybe. The video doesn't go that far. a "97" was penalized for taunting, so he might have actually been taunting the KO'd player, which -- if true -- is horrible. I know the ref said "97, Tennessee," but he was pointing in Miami's direction, and when he pointed a penalty the other way, he said "offense." So, I think 97 fro Miami actually got called for taunting.
I think this was like one of the longest nfl games at the time because there was a super long lightning delay I remember it was the first fame of the season I watched it at my brother's house it didn't end till like 7 at night
Yyeeeeessss!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I played slot WR in a spread, and I always loved like, Trips Right Bubble, just a screen to the middle receiver, and the the WRs on either side of him would cross each other and block... normally looked like that. Lmao we also got called for block in the back a couple times, though..
@How Much For A Gram You treat them like human beings but you still play this vile game and call it a SPORT! Only a monster would play this game much less watch it. I give zero shits what else you have to say. Sounds pretty stupid right... and now you know how you sound.
The same thing happened to me in high school back in 1989. I was the QB, the ball was tipped and went into the hands of the other team and I went on defense and out of nowhere I was blasted from the backside and it took me out of the game...no penalty called. Man what a headache. It felt like getting hit by a train.
I took some hard hits in high school games in the late 90's. People who have never gotten hit without seeing it coming have no idea. I'll never let my son play football though, I can tell you that.
If you have on a jersey protect yourself at all times this is a brutal game . When you have the strongest, fastest men in the world on the field it can be a problem.🔥🔥
Right. You understand it's a blindside hit right. You can't look in every direction at once. This rule is put in place because it can't be reasonably expected of the player to be aware of every person outside of their vision
Oh he was out. He got his bell rung for sure. Your body doesn't just go limp like that to where you don't even brace yourself at all when falling to the ground unless you've been knocked out. Getting knocked out from a hit like that is different than when you get knocked out from being punched in the jaw
Remember when Matt Moore got obliterated by an illegal hit in their last playoff game? Yeah, there was a call on that, but then we got flagged back because Ajayi was "taunting" as he checked on our QB. Welcome to Dolphins world.
Tyler Green happened to Titans last year too, mariota gets hit out of bounds by Richard sherman, Taylor Lewan backs him up, taylor lewan gets called for the only penalty and gets thrown out of the game for making contact with an official
@@calebjohnson6934 not legal, blind side, also when you get knocked out sometimes when you come to you jump right up like you are still doing the same thing you were right before the hit, it's reactionary... His brain picked up right where he got knocked out at... He probably didn't even know he what he was doing honestly
@@870arkansas7 "i would've knocked his ass out too" first of all i would love to see you try and knock out Taylor Lewan lmaooo. Second, so you're saying that you would also play like a dirty coward? sad.
Saw on the ticker Pat Mahomes, and Tyreek Hill names pop up. If I'm not mistaken, 4 years ago is when Mahomes got on the map as that dude in the NFL. Everyone started saying he was the next Brady... And then Allen and Burrow came in.
If I didn’t know better I’d say I was watching a Raiders game. How can all those refs miss that illegal block? The player should have been ejected. The NFL refs are almost as blind as congress
From your screen it doesn't look bad. Try getting bulldozed by a 6'4 dude running at you at full speed when you're not looking. Lewan does have a history for being a "nasty" player as well as some shady off the field shit before he got drafted so it's not surprising he was targeted.
@@prophetmaster4997 yea bro I totally get what you're saying, and I'm sure it was a lot worse than what it looked like on TV. I'm just saying that, compared to other hits I've seen, it didn't look as "jarring" or brutal. A lot of that is because he's a big guy, so his body response doesn't match how hard the hit is... But it still just didn't look concussive. And I'm a Titans fan but I'm not a huge Lewan fan.. I've heard he's somewhat of a douche.
Happens a lot if you watch some fighters who get concussed from a knock out the moments leading up to the knockout are forgotten so to them it's still the middle of the fight.
