Taylor wrote this song when she was 13 . when I was 13 the only thing i was good at was nothing. Now I'm 17 and only thing i am good at is being a swiftie.
It's how you see yourself... You can start writing music but you have to make an effort. Most people only do the standard stuff like going to work and watching tv...
When the Hannah Montana Movie came out I automatically HAD TO look for the girl singing this and that was the beginning of my obsession with Taylor Swift
Same here. Actually no, I came across the Teardrops on My Guitar music video before this, and I was surprised to see her again in this movie, that I waited for FOREVER to come out on DVD. But this was def the very beginning of it all 🥺
i can't believe that this teenager turned into a wonderful woman today. our artist of the decade and woman of the decade, stanning taylor swift is the best decision i've ever made.
I'd never gone with the wind Just let it flow Let it take me where it wants to go 'Til you open the door There's so much more I'd never seen it before I was trying to fly But I couldn't find wings But you came along and you changed everything [Chorus:] You lift my feet off the ground You spin me around You make me crazier, crazier Feels like I'm falling and I am lost in your eyes You make me crazier, crazier, crazier I've watched from a distance as you made life your own Every sky was your own kind of blue And I wanted to know how that would feel And you made it so real You showed me something that I couldn't see You opened my eyes And you made me believe [Chorus] Baby you showed me what living is for I don't wanna hide anymore Oh oh You lift my feet off the ground You spin me around You make me crazier, crazier Feels like I'm fallin' and I am lost in your eyes You make me crazier, crazier, crazier Crazier, crazier.
This was my bestfriend's favorite song. She died a couple of days ago due to heart failure. We always listened and sang this song when we were in highschool (2012), now that im listening to this song alone-- my heart bleeds, i never cried so hard in my life like this, it's the darkest moment i've ever been. My mind can't comprehend her passing, I want to see her for the last time but the quarantine forbids me to do so and what saddened me the most is the idea that I know she's not ready to die yet, she had many dreams to achieve, she had many goals to fulfill but she's gone so soon. She might be physically gone but she will forever live here in my heart. I will love you forever, Viel, My Soulmate. Please always visit me in my dreams. I will miss you. May you rest in peace. Edit: Thank you for sending prayers and condolences, i appreciate y'all.
Who would’ve thought that this girl would become the greatest songwriter and the biggest superstar of her generation. And yet it’s 2021 and we just can’t get enough of her incomparable talent
1 decade of being a swiftie. Becoming one on junior high when I was a transferred student and faced bullying. Her songs help me survived the rough time. Today I'm a bachelor of engineering, and still listen to her songs on daily basis. Crazy how time flies and she's still a LIVING LEGEND.
This was my introduction to Taylor Swift when I first watched this movie as a kid. I was hooked the on the very first line and I've been a fan ever since. Nostalgia hits hard.
I remember hating TS when I was a kid because I was like “who is she and why is she singing instead of Hannah Montana?” Fast foward to 2020 and I would die and kill for Taylor Swift.
I went to the movies to see HM the movie and fell in love with Taylor for the first time. I remember getting home and right away looked for information about her on Google.

I am desperately hoping that this and I'd Lie will be on Debut TV!!! And now we're just waiting for that and Rep TV🥲 but idk if I think we'll get them in 2024, but then again, I'm pretty sure Taylor has a time turner or something! Midnights, Speak Now TV, 1989 TV, and TTPD in 18 months?!?!?!!!! 8-9 of which she spent on an international tour, where she does a 3 hour setlist every night?!?!?! She's incredible!
@@randomrazr I think it might depend on what kind of contract she made with Disney when they made the movie? Cause she got to rerecord her songs for the Hunger Games movies. But, different company, and she was in a better position to negotiate by the time the Hunger Games came out.
@@cheirmaneaguinaldo6487 your purpose is in life is in God’s hand ❤️ ask Him and allow Him in Jesus name to reveal to you Jesus loves you more than anyone
Gosh! I suddenly felt old. Everybody is still commenting that they miss the old Taylor but can we take a moment to also appreciate Miley? Damn she's so innocent here lol
Don't remind me I remember when I very first saw taylor swift and miley cyrus when I was in elementary school and now I'm 22 years old still listening to taylor swift
This song just made me realized how afraid I am of growing up. Deciding my future, losing friends, trecking the path of adulthood, I can't imagine myself doing this decisions. Time really flows so fast, I was just 9 years old when I first listened to this song, just running around with my friends and have no care for the world and its curses. How I wish I can get back to those times when I thought the world was mine to hold and when I thought the world revolves around me. How I wish...
This is the first song that I've ever heard of Taylor and today is her birthday and how time has flown away so fast.I've in love with her since I was 10 and how I'm 17 years old Happy birthday to my first crush
One of the few Taylor swift’s songs that I genuinely love. This one always has a special place in my heart ever since it dropped in the movie and the MV would play crazy in the commercials
I remember watching this movie, knowing nothing about Taylor, listening to this song and falling in love with it.After this i looked up for her in RU-vid and that was the beginning of me becoming a Switfie.Eleven years have passed and i still love her music.Hope she will come to Argentina one day
same! it was the first movie I ever went to as my 13th birthday present & fell instantly in love with her music. Enjoyed her songs over the years (new a lot of them by heart still, cuz duh) but never really looked deeper until 2021. And boy was that a discovery - so much nostalgia (+ rep era stanning)...and now I am truly in awe of this woman & all that she has accomplished. now a proud swiftie ✨i hope you get to see her in concert someday soon!
The old taylor is still here. I think taylor will never forget the past I really really love taylor for the rest of life she is my favorite star than philippines. I love philippines too but she really really get me happy for all her song.
And here we are : Taylor won her 4th Album of the year Grammy and Miley won her first Grammy for Flowers ! As someone who grew up with their songs, I'm so happy and proud of them ! Cheers ladies 🥂
I am so blessed to have grown up with her. I was 12 years old when I first heard her music, and I have never stopped listening. She is my childhood. I listen to her music when I am sad, happy, angry, broken, insecure, bored. I love her so much!
it's weird how much has changed since then. now taylor sings pop and sells 1.3 million albums in a week. miley sings urban and is known for twerking. isn't that CRAZIER? ;)
me ow I have never ever called Miley or anyone a slut. As a Fifth Harmony fan who deals with people slutshaming them, I know how wrong it is. But Miley is known for twerking. That's not a bad thing, I think it's humorous at most and think it's cool how she's so confident. I do however enjoy Miley's old music far more than Bangerz. Listen to "Bottom Of the Ocean" from 2009 and hear how much emotion is in her voice, compared to her silly newer songs like "FU". That's all I meant.
I have always been a reserved, quiet, and awkward person. I was always in my comfort zone. Until one day, a guy I met for the first time made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was literally the opposite of me. He pushed me towards the opportunities and through the doors I never opened. He believed in me when I could not even myself. What was meant by the words "I like me better when I'm with you" was something I felt with him. He made me speak more, laugh more, be more confident, and be genuine of who I am. Until now, I have never told him about what I felt. It was risky, and I did not want to lose him. This song always reminds me of him. The lyrics hit hard. What I am grateful about is I was able to live my life the way I never expected because of him. He was someone who was purposely made to cross my path but not stay. I hope at some point, I could tell him what I felt and know if there was a little part of him that felt the same way too.
I remember being obsessed with Lucas Till because of You Belong With Me and the Hannah Montana Movie so when I was watching episode 1 of Magyver my mom and I could not figure out why he was so familiar when I realized it I screamed haha!!!
Never heard about Taylor before this scene, after watching the movie I went straight looking for the girl that sang during the open scene and found her, amazing ! I’m not a Taylor swift fan I barely listen to her songs but this one lives rent free in my heart. ✨
I forgot that this song existed but after going through a Taylor Swift marathon, I was reminded of this gem. This was the first time I listened to her singing and I fell in love with it immediately. Coming back to this is bringing back all the memories of simpler times - when Taylor Swift just wanted to sing the songs she wrote and she was away from all of the hatred and cruelty of the world. It makes me miss the good ol' Disney days too when everything was simple, fun and Disney was good. I was a lot better & happier to being just 11 years old without a care in this world. Now I am 22 and miserable 😂 but so glad I cld come back to this song to feel better again 🥺 this is a proof that Taylor is a living legend bcs there is not one song of her's that was bad or boring. They are always nostalgic.
Oh my gosh I remember when I was little I love hannah montana and I was waiting for the hannah montana the movie come out and so I was watching this movie I was at this part and I said omg this song is amazing!!! -I didn't know Taylor yet- and then 1 or 2 years later I become a swiftie and I heard that taytay sang this so I searched it on youtube I saw this and I was like OHHHH MYYY GODD!!!!!!!!
Fiorina Dimayuga I remember watching Hannah Montana when I was little to and I was shocked to see her in this movie I was so excited but I also got excited to see Rascal Flatts
Me too. Her sweet looks, and those deep song lyrics. It's not that I hate her and her songs now, I just miss her this way. But I guess every thing will change in this world.
GOOSEBUMPS EVERYWHERE.. I cant believe how different Taylor and Miley are today... Watching this movie again in 2016 gave me this really heartbreaking feeling. I used to love watching Hannah Montana now I cant even listen to Miley anymore. Well, i guess people just grew up huh
She said she had asked some composers who advised her in general ways, and some in specific techniques. From Speak Now to later albums, and then back to this earliest trial, I think what TS has been successful for is the basic structure of her compositions, in such a way that she only had to deal with two creative melodies to begin with and then fit in a climactic melody right before repeating either or both the main themes to end the song. She said she had also asked ppl abt how to write the climactic melodies. All these and a couple of good results, right before age 13. All the other beautiful things we see, are just complimentary to her success.
