Once she made those faces at the mirror which weren’t considered “celebrity like” (smiling, looking pleasant, being the embodiment of perfection) she became invisible, irrelevant to people. But she found herself to have more freedom. Thus, she doesn’t care that people ignore her, as long as she is being who she wants to be.

The video shows how Taylor feels uncomfortable and stressful whenever she goes somewhere as a "famous" person. She cannot have complete freedom. She cannot walk freely without guards walking with her, and she cannot talk to people freely because she holds a status. She cannot be herself. So when she becomes invisible, she becomes her true-self. That is why she smiles at the woman in the elevator because she thinks the woman will talk to her, which means she will be getting an opportunity to talk to a normal human being who isn't famous like her. I think... I think this is what the song shows.

This song is about falling in love when youre at the lowest point of your life, when you felt betrayed, scared, lonely and cant trust anyone but you cant hold the feeling inside. It's very fragile and delicate. The feeling is really pure. I really hope this relationship is forever. Taylor has had enough shit growing up, I hope she found her happiness this time.

I love the moral of this video. Finally finding out that you can relax because you're invisible. The stressful life of having paparazzi and body guards watching your every move and having to uphold an image 24/7 is always looked over as not a big deal for celebrities, but it's a huge deal. When she sees that nobody can see her, she can finally let the wall down and act silly and how she really wants to act in public and not get torn down for just letting go and being free. Honeslty, this would proabably be any celebrities dream , to just have a few hours of invisibility to act silly and not worry about photographs being taken or judgment. True artistry and vulnerability with this one!
