@@HarmonLiteralMusic Taylor met Adam in New York for one of his shows. Adam was just as excited to meet her like she was excited to meet him. When they were writing to each other through emails, Adam used the words Enchanted and Wonderstruck in those emails. That then gave Taylor an idea to write a song about Adam and confess her feelings to him. According to some documentaries, Adam did confess that he had a crush on Taylor too for a very long time but at the time when he met her he was wonderstruck and didn’t know what to say when he met her. Look the story up. It’s on a lot of articles!
@@HarmonLiteralMusic Adam also wrote an answer back to Taylor and did his own cover of Enchanted but switched up some lyrics. At the end of the song it goes “Oh Taylor, I was so in love with you.”
She was such a cutie to write this song, incorporates the actual feeling teenagers both boys and girls feel when they feel smitten by somebody on first meet. Ohh love you Taylor for giving this perfect song for this such cute feeling many have in theirs 20s.
I think taylor didn't love him, but was more in love with the idea of him. Since she was a huge fan of owl City back then and even listened to his songs, so she knew what his whole aura was like. His songs are magical, so ofcourse, meeting him was like a fairytale to her. I don't blame her though, she was only about 19 or 20 at the time, plus we even got such a beautiful iconic song. They would've made such a sweet couple though ;-;
I think you got it the other way around. Adam was head over heels for taylor back then. But now he’s married with somebody else now and we can all just sob in a corner about what great thing could have happened if they did get together before.
@@JT-yo adam is a z list nobody and taylor is the biggest artist in the world at the moment… what grown ass man emails a girl “sorry i was so quiet tonight i was-“ like what a fucking weirdo, just like all of his fans
That is a beautiful song. I know Taylor Swift writes songs about different guys she dated, all the time, but when I heard this song, I told myself...I think she met her soulmate.
@@RobGamesOn she never even said that. Taylor was clearly busy with other things and she never got the chance to respond back. It of course made Adam feel bummed out, but at least she now knows how he feels about her.
@@aishairmayeni4951 and he made a cover of enchanted for the reply. I was like😭 why's too late Bruh they were literally loving without knowing if the other person loved them back😭😭😭😭😭
The song would not have had that sparkle to it without the word 'wonderstruck', and it was Adam's idea! Proof Adam is a more talented artist than Taylor cuz let's be honest what does she write about? Love lust and breaksups, so shallow. She was never good enough for Adam, and yet Adam was totally crushing on her like he couldn't put her down even after 4 years when he wrote Thunderstruck again with the word 'wonderstruck' which he said was a nod back to Enchanted.
What could've been, huh? Turns out Adam felt the same way after he made cover of the song. Could it have worked? Or just another heartbreak? We'll never know. LOL
@@moonnightstar77 As far as I know, nothing else happened after coz a lot of time has passed since Taylor released the song, Adam decided to release his cover on Valentine's Day if I remember correctly but Taylor have not had any official response at the time. Adam is now happily married tho.
@@isuck6049 Yes, coz he didn't really make any big announcement and it was a private sort of event, I think. He's married to Abbey Olmsted. She does some backing vocals to some of his songs. Listen to his newer song called "My Muse", it's a song for her.
I am commenting #BringBackDislikes on every unique RU-vid video that I watch for the rest of 2024, regardless of if I actually dislike the video or not. This is video 2445.
It’s sad that she doesn’t know what love is. She’s a little girl who confuses infatuation with love. As soon as the butterflies disappear so does she. This chick has had a million boyfriends. It’s safe to say it’s not them, it’s her.
