Actually, that’s because it’s a recording from the Lyon show. Someone leaked Taylor’s and the backup singers’ microphone audio and their in-ear monitors from the entire concert. The person who edited this video cleverly used the audio as a base.

Listening, as musician, I have to say, you don't write lyrics like that. Those are called spit lyrics, without syncing at all to the music, which is honestly a very bad habit, without any melody beauty. Also, the word "fuc---g" does not belong to good taste musicians. Wish she could do next album "The tortured mopeds department" much better! ; )
